We would like to recognise the great work done by the staff from Cafe Du Monde who on the day, provided our sorting party (8 Nov 2008) with over 300 wonderful lunch packs - a huge task.  

Each pack contained a large ham/egg/salad double decker sandwich and a pack of potato chips.   They also supplied mandarins and bottled water to quench our thirst.

Personally, this was arguably the best sandwich I have had to date here in Shanghai so I'm off to try the rest of the menu at Cafe Du Monde.
