Hosting venues:

We are now receiving offers for "hosting venues" for May, and November 2009 so that we can start planning for caterers etc.   We alternate between Pudong and Puxi each time and so far February 2009 is already taken in Puxi.   If your school would like to host this wonderful and rewarding event then please contact:

We do not have sorting parties between May and November due to the summer holiday vacations.
